MTC and the Bluebonnet Detention Facility are seeking a Full-time Health Services Administrator (HSA), RN to lead our clinical team and maintain responsibility for the day-to-day operations of medical, mental health, and dental services. Must be a licensed RN (TX or Compact) . This is a M-F role but you should be flexible to be able to move around as the position requires. Developing department budget, providing staff training, and implementing policies and procedures are a few of your primary duties. Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. A minimum of five (5) years professional experience in health care administration, preferably in a correctional environment. May be a licensed registered nurse in the state of Texas. Must possess current CPR certification. Must successfully complete required pre service training. Valid driver's license in the state of Texas with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management. $80K -- $100K
